His parents renovated multiple properties, and he was actively involved in helping with renovations. Prior to entering real estate, Josh spent seven years working with the Department of Education in a mentoring and counselling role assisting high school students. This experience shaped his calm and approachable manner, as well as his ability to listen, guide, and support people through important life decisions.
